The Compensation Manager is responsible for managing activities relating to the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of direct compensation programs, including base pay, short- and long-term, sales compensation and other supplemental reward programs.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the company’s compensation programs.
• Develop and recommend new compensation programs and changes to existing programs to support the company’s compensation philosophy.
• Develop compensation program processes, procedures and analytical tools.
• Manage the company’s market pricing job evaluation process.
• Manage short-term and sale incentive plan administration and communication.
• Function as a business partner with the HR team, line management and senior management on various compensation projects which involve the review, development and re-design of existing programs.
• Provide training and support for all programs.
• Ensure programs are in compliance with established regulations, guidelines, processes and procedures.
