Our agents are top tier sales people that don't know how to fail (because they don't give up). Our agents develop a book of business in half the time as any other Commercial Ageny in Houston.
Our agents don't have to be told work hard, they do that on their own. Our agents love to compete, hate to lose, and want to dominate in their respective market. They love to learn about the market naturally and talk about new deals with their clients. Our agents produce results when everyone else makes excuses.
Our agents value their time and use our training and resources to prospect faster and more efficiently than our competition. Using our systems they are able to stay in front of potential clients more often resulting in more closed deals.
They are experienced in 100% commission sales positions and see it as a badge of honor that they eat what they catch. Our agents don't ask for a salary, they ask for leads. Our agents make approximately 60k their first year while building up their pipeline and should never drop below 100k by their 3rd year.
