Position: Manager, Demand Generation Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and highly-motivated marketing expert with experience in creating interest in and excitement for our services to attract and retain customers and as well as drive topline revenue for our BeneStream segment of business.

As the Manager of demand generation marketing you’ll develop and implement all of the tactics used to cultivate new customer relationships by promoting our services and improving existing relations through fine-tuning of the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in both content and the methods of deploying content to educate and engage prospects and customers. To be successful in this position you must be comfortable with content: developing it, sourcing it, curating it, and scheduling it. You must also be knowledgeable on all the different marketing methodologies, technologies and channels to promote our content and services with the goal of driving inbound leads and creating market awareness.

The position will be responsible for managing external marketing vendors and leading projects designed to drive topline revenue.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline

  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels

  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs

  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences

  • Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out

  • Assisting in content development to target consumer segments

  • Ability to assess creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment, and consumer impact

  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth

  • Experienced with CRM system and other sales and marketing technologies

  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success

  • Delivering performance reports

  • Strong analysis, strategic thinking, creative thinking, team leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

  • Ability to interpret website traffic

  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and a problem-solver

  • Ability to work autonomously with a minimal amount of supervision, and to excel in an entrepreneurial, self-starting and fast-paced environment.

  • 5 or more years of marketing experience required
