POSITION SUMMARY :
This data entry position is regular, full-time non-exempt. Responsible for entering all insurance information into the auto and mortgage tracking system(s). Position is responsible for reviewing loan level tracking system and by utilizing established procedures, determines the correct process for updating each document.
DATA ENTRY REP ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for reviewing auto and mortgage documents, keying information from these documents into these various systems platforms.
Keying documents in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) System only.
Ability to key from image in the d.3 system.
Ability to key escrow information, apply and match documents directly to the loans in the Tracking System.
Ability to set up New Loans.
Ability to key Lender Services documents.
Other duties and responsibilities:
Data Entry Rep* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm (adjusted speed); will be given typing test at interview.
Minimum six (6) months office work experience. Insurance background is preferred but not required.
Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, procedures, and needs of the company.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented with the ability to follow detailed instruction.
Ability to multitask and be a team player.
Must be flexible to work overtime hours during the week and or Saturday as needed.
- Strong Punctuality and Attendance is required.
