WMC Global is currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our Business Development team.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the lynchpin of WMC Global’s client relationships. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager and working as part of the sales team, the CSM serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients. The CSM is responsible for ensuring basic client needs are met (i.e. client reports, etc.) and works with WMC Global’s internal teams to address any concerns. The CSM will also proactively assess the client’s needs and recognize opportunities for WMC Global to offer solutions and support.

This is a fully remote position.

The duties of the Customer Success Manager include:

  • Provide exemplary customer service focusing on execution of contracts and problem-solving any client issues that arise

  • Help define and optimize the customer journey by serving as the first point of contact for clients and finding ways to improve their experience

  • Support the client onboarding process

  • Ensure reports are delivered on time, provide value to the client, and meet all their needs

  • Troubleshoot client issues and work to identify potential problems and offer solutions proactively

  • Work with client account manager to define the clients’ goals and work to demonstrate the value of WMC Global’s products

  • Develop relevant presentations, documentation, or other materials needed for clients in partnership with the sales, marketing, and product teams

  • Track client health metrics and work with client account manager(s) to provide recommendations

What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • 3-5 years of customer success experience with a proven track record of building relationships with customers across diverse industries and different technical levels.

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial

  • Well-organized with excellent follow up skills

  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Crisp presentation skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • An ability to learn and understand, at a high level: cyberattacks, phishing, and associated defensive techniques
