We are looking to find enthusiastic individuals with an engaged attitude about Customer Care and Support. The job would include general office responsibilities as well as including answering calls, scheduling, dispatching, invoice processing, typing & etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate, manage and maintain all technicians’ schedules to fulfill customer’s needs.
  • Taking phone calls, communicating with technicians and the factory to ensure customer’s needs are met.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of client and agency information at all times.
  • Assist with billing, collections, and insurance claims
  • Filing

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Manage schedules of our service technicians. Handling inbound calls from high profile clients, scheduling appointments, and maintain paperwork, typing, managing customer files, etc.

    Starting pay: $16-18/hour depending on experience, skills and qualifications, with room to grow. Raises are given based on overall performance.

    COVID-19 considerations:
    This is a call center and employees are socially distant. Masks are offered, but not mandatory. We are not face to face with the public or within 6 feet of each other for more than 15 minutes.
