The Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) is seeking a full time Membership Associate. Core duties and responsibilities include processing membership applications, reviewing facility rosters, responding to member inquiries, maintaining accurate records and files, and assisting with mailings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with at least two years of work experience in business, communications, customer service, marketing or related fields. Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Experience with membership organizations, understanding of information systems and business process analysis preferred.
  • Requires effective working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity using Microsoft Excel to summarize data using Pivot Tables and formulas is preferred.
  • Ability to manage digital phone system with multiple lines and voice mail.
  • Must be able to organize workload and work with minimal supervision; strong skills required in performing detail work; maintain accuracy and thoroughness; work in a team environment.
