Real Estate Assistant for Warrior Realty, LLC

Experience/Language Requirement: A minimum of one year in the Real Estate industry. Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be flexible with work schedule. Real Estate license not required, but definitely a bonus. Real Estate School Sponsorship available. The sky is the limit in the field of Real Estate!

Duties are as follows:

A Real Estate Assistant must wear multiple hats and possess an uncanny ability to multi-task with ease.

Listing Specialist: Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc.

Consult & coordinate with sellers regarding property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.

Coordinate all open houses.

Transaction Coordinator: Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to disposition.

Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.

Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.

Marketing Specialist: Coordinate the preparation of all listing & open house flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials.

Track & coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media & other online sources.

Administrative Assistant: Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & all office administration.

Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials and any other business related supplies and materials.

Property Management: Execute leases with new and returning tenants to ensure all parties understand the terms and conditions of the contract. Maintain Lease files from executed lease agreement to disposition.

-Respond to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner

-Contact tenants to collect overdue rent or to discuss other issues that require immediate attention

-Schedule and oversee maintenance calls to the properties

-Develop rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated

Other Duties as Assigned
