We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Product Manager to join our Walmart Mexico, On Demand Product Management team (based in Sunnyvale). You will drive Products across web, app and call center to create world-class omni-channel experience for our customers, enabling them to save money and time so they can live better.

You are excited to become a global leader within our organization: drive execution with our Product and Engineering teams in Sunnyvale & Bangalore and develop deep relationships with our Operating teams in Mexico City. International travel is inherent requirement with this role, at least 25% of the time.
You are a leader with vision. Your eCommerce acumen, shopper empathy, and technical depth carry weight when working across business units in the organization.
Drive short-term and long-term product vision & roadmap that consider user needs, business impact and the broader competitive/market landscape.
Manage product lifecycle from customer research and concept development through execution, analysis and iteration.
Develop clear and compelling product requirements / user stories for new and existing product initiatives
Analyze product metrics and proactively identifying opportunities to improve product KPIs.
Ensure we ship high quality products, in a timely, focused manner, including product prioritization and planning, execution, quality of design and build, set estimates for release, and hitting them.
Own funnel metrics for product launches, active users/members, engagement, and satisfaction.
Degree in a technical discipline
Prior experience building and growing eCommerce websites/apps
4+ years of hands-on customer-facing product management experience
Specific experience in mobile apps, shopping journey (search/browse/personalization), and/or checkout optimization
Conversational in Spanish. At the minimum willingness to learn and invest in acquiring working knowledge in Spanish.
