Customer Service Reps – Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills a MUST.
Be the liaison between clients and their customers.
Answer all queries in a direct, honest and straightforward manner.
Have the ability to travel.
Give prices and pricing structures when asked.
Meet with customers.
Showcase clients’ products.
Track and record sales.
Work with a like-minded team towards a common goal.
Explain/demonstrate the benefits of clients’ products.
Attend meetings as required.
Learn new tasks as needed for upward growth (team and individual!)
Work with marketing team to build brand and customer base for clients.
Requisite Experience and Skills ;
Are you a people person? Perfect! Then no experience necessary.
Are you an excellent communicator with people from all walks of life?
Being bilingual is a plus.
High School Diploma and some college is a plus.
Some experience working with the general public.
Must have a driving team ambition and be goal oriented.
Must be highly organized and efficient.
Have the ability to learn quickly to demonstrate clients’ products to the public.
Must be extremely friendly and easy to talk to.
Basic IT and marketing knowledge a definite advantage.
Must be a skilled listener – customers will tell you what they want!
