We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for handling client calls coordinating with client and entering data. .

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls
  • Provide information and coordinate with clients
  • Make sure all clients attended and responded on time
  • Entered data in software
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of tax preparation experience/accounting and have a Bachelor’s in accounting from an accredited college. Responsibilities include helping in tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations . You will work directly with our clients and as a team member to provide support to CPA's
