Help Desk/Service Desk Support

Our Client is looking to hire multiple Service desk support professionals for their facilities in Cary, NC

Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire
Positions : 45

  • He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution.
  • Incumbent should be open for 24X7 operations.
  • Candidates are expected to have at least 1-2 years of Desktop support experience
  • Must have some experience with Remote Desktop troubleshooting
  • One year technical end user Help Desk experience with Active Directory and VPN experience.
  • Client runs 24/7/365. Candidates have to be open to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Technical Help desk/Call Center experience is required
  • Excellent Communication/customer handling skills
  • Windows 7/XP/NT/Vista and Novell experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory required
  • Any ITSM Ticketing tools experience – Remedy, HP Service Center
  • VPN and remote dial-in users
  • Experienced with MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Working with Outlook PST files
