Our Client is looking to hire multiple Service desk support professionals for their facilities in Cary, NC
Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire
Positions : Multiple
- He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution.
- Incumbent should be open for 24X7 operations.
- Candidate should have at least 1 year of IT Help Desk Experience
- One year technical end user Help Desk experience with Active Directory and VPN experience.
- Client runs 24/7/365. Candidates have to be open to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Help desk/Call Center experience is required
- Excellent Communication/customer handling skills
- Windows 7/XP/NT/Vista and Novell experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory required
- Any ITSM Ticketing tools experience – Remedy, HP Service Center
- VPN and remote dial-in users
