Job Summary

USIP Communications (USIPCOM) is looking for hardworking, energetic individuals to join our inbound call center team as a part-time Customer Service Representative.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound customer support calls from our business customers
  • Daily customer communications through phone and email
  • Providing prompt responses and follow up to customer inquiries and requests
  • Working with customers, vendors, and team members to promptly handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments and complaints. As well as detailed records of the actions taken to resolve customer concern
  • Create customer support tickets through web-based ticketing system and then assign tickets to the appropriate support queue
Required Skills and Experience
  • Applicant should have accurate typing skills, enjoy talking with people, possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and demonstrate a friendly, patient, courteous attitude
  • Applicant should be comfortable using a computer, sending emails, and working from a web-based ticketing/CRM application
  • 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Punctuality

High School Diploma or Equivalent
