The Logistics Account Specialist will engage with our operations and sales teams. The primary responsibility will be to provide a best in class customer experience. The LAS is the liaison between the customer, carrier, shipper and consignee with specific oversight of a shipment’s life cycle in our network. Successful execution in multiple transactions will result in developing new client relationships and the skills required for strategic account management.
