Our Client is looking to hire 3 Application Architect for an Insurance project
Technical Team Coordination
Coordinate/Lead team tasked with designing Application Architecture for Life Modernization (existing+ environment) and documenting the architecture through standard software design diagrams
Coordinate/Lead team tasked with designing IT Services to support the Life Modernization (existing+ environment)
The Candidate will have the following skills
Life Insurance and more specifically Life Claims experience desired but not required.
System Design and/or Application Architecture experience.
Familiarity with and ability to create standard software diagrams (Sequence, Application Distribution, Application Topology, Service Dependency, etc.).
1-2 years of experience in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
Trained in MEGA tool is required.
Person must have strong design skills and experience with various application integration designs.
Experience with installing and integrating vendor products desired but not required
Person must understand how to build the Enterprise Architectural artifacts (service interaction diagrams, sequence diagrams, service definition) using Business Architect artifacts as input.
Data Migration/Conversion experience is desired but not required
Ability to translate requirements to software solutions
Ability to challenge ideas in a respectful, constructive way
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate technical requirements/solutions/issues to non-technical and technical audiences
Ability to track and resolve technical issues (using inputs from various sources)
Ability to lead a team of technical resources
Ability to gather technical task and plan the work
Ability to track and report status
