Customer-Facing Support Engineer Level 1

What We’re Looking For:
Associates Degree, with a minimum of 1 year of technical support experience – Required
Server or Network Administration – 1 year, Desired
Technical Phone Support – 1 year, Desired
Experience making people smile, on a daily basis
Borderline obsession with technology
Charismatic yet professional communication
