We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, high-achieving Sales Leads and Marketing Coordinator who values trust, communicates clearly, and can offer the highest level of customer service.

High energy, eagerness to learn, and great customer service skills are the key ingredients that will make you successful in this dynamic marketing and sales position. You’ll be working in tandem with the sales team, providing pre- and post- sales support with a focus on the company’s marketing and sales strategies. After your initial training, you’ll know the right questions to ask a customer. You’ll learn the different areas of expertise that each of our team possesses, and you’ll be able to match each sales lead with the appropriate Comfort Advisor.

In addition, you’ll be creating and analyzing reports of the overall effectiveness of sales activities, generating manufacturer rebates, managing the sales team’s calendars, and providing our customers with outstanding service. You must be an action-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of customer inquiries, sales schedules, and data.

You will also be contributing to the success of the entire Customer Experience Group. Additional marketing, sales, or administrative duties will be assigned as needed for special projects.

Primary duties of this position include:

  • Provide unmatched customer service
  • Learn all services and product offerings to effectively communicate with our customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries by email or phone providing an unequaled first-impression
  • Generate, cultivate, and follow-up on revenue-producing opportunities and marketing initiatives to produce lead opportunities for sales or service teams
  • Assist the Customer Experience Group with inbound phone calls and service scheduling
  • Maximize sales team effectiveness by managing sales inquiry, team skill-set, and schedules
  • Produce weekly sales reports and other sales data as requested
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and customer correspondence

  • Minimum two years customer service experience in an office environment
  • Some sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Strong Computer skills – MS Office, database management, etc.
  • Hours include rotating 8 hour shift to cover 7am – 7pm. Some weekend hours too.
  • Able to pass a drug screening and background check.


Annual compensation based on experience and ability. Bonuses based on company performance.
