Position Summary

The Junior Product Manager will support experienced teams in increasing the profitability of our existing products and the development of new products. This role is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and finance to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Junior Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Define the product strategy and propose overall budget to ensure success

· Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

· Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

· Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and industry trends

· Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

· Perform product demos to customers

· Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, and develop sales tools and collateral

· Brief and train the sales force on new products and features

· Monitor expansion opportunities across jurisdictions and verticals

· Monitor opportunities for acquisitions that will leverage and expand our product offerings[JM1]

· Work with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to prioritize and scope feature changes

· Evaluate ROI on possible features coming out of product development

· Lead a comparative analysis of competing products

· Lead the development of the technology roadmap

· Develop our product in ways that enable us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager

· Experience in thee technology, gaming, or retail markets a plus

· Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Capable of assembling pricing analysis and revenue opportunity

· Excellent teamwork skills

· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

· High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams

· Worked with both in-house and offshore software development projects

· Have worked with Agile projects, including both Scrum and Kanban

· Familiar with cloud hosting projects and mobile application development
