  • We are looking for Enablement Analysts to join our growing Customer Success team, supporting our customers through onboarding, rollout, and beyond!

As an Enablement Analyst, you will:

  • Visit clients onsite, deploying Turvo and training users on getting the most out of their Turvo experience

  • Develop customer-focused documentation and videos; Ensure collateral is applicable to your users’ use cases and accurate after releases

  • Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure implementation and training meet the needs of each unique customer and follows the required cadence

  • Work closely with the Support and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Manage and coordinate the technical setup for each customer launch

  • Become a Turvo expert and be confident driving users to become experts themselves

About you

  • Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas, Detroit, or Cincinnati

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in account management, consulting services, or training for a software or cloud technology company
  • Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value

  • Able to act as an ambassador for the customer, understand customer problems and clearly articulate them to Engineering and Product teams

  • Calm, cool, and collected in high-pressure situations

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident communicating with and training all levels of an organization, including executives

  • Passionate about technology, and experienced in translating that passion into business impact through learning and training related programs for customers

  • Willing to travel 50-75% of the time

  • Previous experience with supply chain, specifically logistics is a plus

  • Familiarity with Zendesk, JIra, and other software-as-a-service is a plus
