TuneGO (www.tunego.com), an exploding technology company within the music industry is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our fun and growing team. TuneGO works with the biggest players in the music industry, from legendary music producers to music labels and the major streaming companies including Apple, Google, Spotify, Deezer and many others. We have an experienced management team with a proven track record of founding successful technology companies. You will work closely with our marketing and engineering teams, plus will have daily interaction with executive management. You must be willing to work in a high-energy, fast-paced startup work environment. TuneGO is seeking a junior-level Project Manager to help lead project initiatives for our innovative music-technology platform. Candidates should have at least two years of experience managing software-based projects. You will work in close partnership with TuneGO’s executives, engineering and marketing teams to develop the product vision, drive revenues, and manage the roadmap. You will also conduct research to strategically identify new business and product opportunities/enhancements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, monitoring, and reporting on projects.
Identify and manage issues to resolution.
Facilitate communication and decision making between resources throughout the organization.
Assess risks and escalate awareness to accountable parties.
Assist product team with design and development tasks.
Assist engineering team with quality assurance tasks.
Assist support team with customer inquiries.
Be available outside of standard work hours as necessary.
Must have experience managing software projects.
Must be a critical thinker and problem solver.
Must be adaptable to change in priorities and approach to business objectives.
Must be attentive to detail and confident in resolving inconsistencies.
Must be able to work both in a collaborative environment and independently.
SCRUM experience preferred.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferred.
A proactive, hands-on individual able to earn the respect of the entire organization through leadership, intelligence, creativity, hard work, and presence.
Musicians, performing artists and die-hard music lovers is a plus.
Continuous and thoughtful listener & communicator. Proven ability to gather and use customer/market input in improving existing programs and launching new initiatives.
BS degree or higher a plus.

Interviewing at TUNEGO
If you’re interviewing with us, you probably look good on paper (Congrats!) and we want to see if you’ll fit in with our culture. Relax and be yourself, we want to see what it would be like to have you here. We also want to see that you really do know your stuff and you’re not just a master of resumes. So be prepared to answer questions that’ll display how you can take our team to the next level.
If we like you on paper, you can usually expect a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. Sometimes there’s a second in person interview as well.
