We are currently hiring an experienced portfolio community manager. A candidate must have a minimum of (3) three years experience in community management. We offer a wonderful health insurance package, (13) paid holidays, and a community manager gets an additional compensatory day each month. We are an amazing team so come join us! Job Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Receive and make telephone calls on behalf of assigned Associations on a daily basis, throughout the day.
  • Receive and send emails on behalf of assigned Associations on a daily basis, throughout the day.
  • Review, code and provide to accounting, all invoices submitted for an assigned Association.
  • Site visits to assigned Associations
  • Attend/Conduct Board Meetings along with Annual Meetings
  • Complete various courses and tests involved to obtain and maintain various designations through CAI and/or AACM.

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Self-starter, ability to work with boards, owners and vendors in the best interest of their assigned communities.
  • Must possess superior organizational skills, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Must have the ability to adapt and learn in a fast paced multi-tasked environment.
  • Experience in financial, facilities and vendor management is required.
  • Must have knowledge in interpreting association governing documents, understand AZ law and association management best practices.
  • Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel required, as well as ability to navigate HOA specific software.
  • Job requires a vehicle, we reimburse mileage.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Associate’s Degree a plus
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience - Mandatory
