The accounting assistant will contribute to the success of Tri-City Property Management by working with the Accounting Manager to provide assistance in the preparation of monthly financial reporting for all communities managed. You will have expert knowledge of bank reconciliations, general ledger and problem solving skills. You will also be trained to be a back up to the A/R, A/P, and collections personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Must be organized and be able to manage multiple tasks/priorities
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Tops Professional Property Management software or other property management/accounting software a plus
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
