The ideal individual possesses excellent administrative skills, a strong follow-up mentality, and superior attention to detail.Responsibilities:Handles all assigned sales from contract to closing, includes ATC margin, creation of the house file, and ensuring the file contains all necessary documents.Process all assigned closings, including but not limited to, HUD reconciliation, FCFs (Final Contract Form) and Sales Transaction SummariesMonitors progress of starts submitted to corporate. Assist in Training New Home Advisors on an ongoing basisAssist in the maintenance and creation of the weekly price sheetsSubmission and payment of sales assistant bonuses and salary ensuring communities maintain their weekly budget, and coordinating temp assistants in the field as necessary.
