The LEAD VALET (Guest Service Coordinator) orchestrates the service experience for guests while leading coworkers, ensuring that the site’s service and operation standards are exceeded. The Lead Valet is a key developmental role in Towne Park’s organization. Under the direction of the Account Manager, the Lead Valet serves as a primary point of contact for guests, clients and coworkers, as well as providing guidance and/or troubleshooting when the manager is not on-site.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to drive manual transmission Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass all Towne Park background screenings, including MVR and drug screening Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship for employment.
