Inside Sales / Sales Support Specialist
We are looking for a qualified Inside Sales / Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide support to our sales account managers, respond to customer inquiries, and prospect queries.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems.
Provide the data, reports and guidance needed to help the sales team.
Monitor performance indicators.
Manage our retailers Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
Maintain sales records and matrix reports.
Stay up-to-date with new products, features and product launches.
Ensure sales team is properly supported to achieve their sales goals and objectives.
Review and track pending orders and address any specific need our customers may require.
Suggest sales process improvements.
Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Proficiency with Google Gmail, Docs, Drive, MS Office Suite, Power Point, particularly MS Excel.
In-depth knowledge of retail POS systems and Web-Portals (such as, Retail Link, HD-Link, Lowes-Link, Menards, Macy’sNet and Nordstrom).
Understanding of EDI, SPS Commerce and Commerce Hub.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.·
Prefer candidates with Associate degree in relevant field but will except HS or GED with experience.
