Regional Sales Engineer (Electrical)

Looking for a Sales Engineer with a successful track record who wants promoted …

The company is a $100 million privately held manufacturer of electrical components to large end users and OEM’s. The products have features and advantages (backed up by patents) that the competition does not have. Their engineered products are designed for diverse niche applications in the electrical, commercial, industrial, rail and utility markets.

What we need from you:
BSEE preferred. Or BSME, BSIE (a four year degree is a must)
5+ years of outside sales experience in electrical sales field
Prefer sales experience in multi-state territory/On their way up in their career
Product background: Selling Electric motors, controls/automation, switchgear, drives, etc.(almost anything electrical, not electronic)
Promotability: Must have skills and desire to be promoted (hiring manager is looking for his successor)
Experience in applications/inside sales/project management prior to outside sales experience
Knowledge or experience in selling to large end users and OEM's
Willing to travel 8 nights per month in multiple state territory

Location: You can be based out of Portland or Seattle or SLC or Denver
Compensation: Generous Base salary plus bonus up to 50% + benefits
