We are seeking a Real Estate Buyer's Agent to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Prospect to find new clients
- Show the team's listings (MUST have availability weekdays, nights, and weekends)
- Nurture leads we provide you
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers
- Host virtual open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed or in the process of obtaining your real estate license. We will train you once you have your license.
- Must have reliable transportation to the office and to showings
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
