The St. James Venue Operations team is looking to hire Part-Time Venue Operations Associate to assist in league administration, facility set-up/break down and venue coverage. This team will be an integral part of ensuring venues get turned over and operate in an effective and efficient manner.

The Venue Operations Associate will report directly to the Manager of Sports Operations at The St. James. Part-time employment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends (mandatory) and holidays.
-Ensure all athletic facilities are clean, safe and properly maintained -Provide Five-Star hospitality and service -Support clients, coaches and staff -Be an integral piece of an operationally complex organization -Make sure games, tournaments and special events operate in an efficient and effective manner
-Set up and break down various games, leagues and special events -Provide coverage for all athletic venues -Game operations (ball kid for soccer, floor wiper for basketball, etc...) -Operate scoreboards and timing systems -Assist in painting and removing lines on the turf field -Dust mop and clean gym floor -Trash removal across all the athletic facilities -Assist in venue turnover -Report and/or repair damages to athletic equipment (goals, netting, upholstery etc....) -Be familiar with best practices (gym floor maintenance, turf maintenance, etc..) -Assist in updating facility and venue schedules -Be aware of sports programming facility wide -Assist in sport league administration -Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS -Knowledge of sport specific rules and regulations -Experience in customer service -Able lift and carry up to 75lbs -Be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends (mandatory) and holidays
