We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Compensation: $24,000 base plus commission, $75,000 a year at planned earnings.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
  • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis
  • Close buyer clients to contract offers
  • Help prepare Lead Agent for Listing appointments
  • Update CRM system for Lead Agent
  • Communicate to clients on Lead Agents behalf
  • Fill out and turn in paperwork
  • Work with one of the top 10 teams in all of Keller Williams Realty

Qualifications:
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
