Call Center Sales Associate at The Money Source

The Money Source in Dallas is seeking a dynamic, hard-working and upbeat candidate to interviewing for a Sales Associate position. DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Sales Associate is responsible for generating high quality leads and appointments for licensed mortgage originators calls from our current borrowers.

The Sales Associate will use a predictive dialer and a proven script to contact prospective clients, create rapport, build value, handle objections and set appointments.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first impression of our company and a critical piece to our direct lending process. Clients trust our representatives with very personal information and we have strict guidelines in place to ensure we are compliant with all federal regulations.

In additional to learning, understanding and maintaining our guideline criteria, you will also be responsible for data entry, meeting minimum sales matrices, call dispositions in our CRM software, privacy integrity and occasional in-bound call activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers over the phone
  • Must be sales motivated with excellent customer service, retention, and sales closing skills
  • Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
  • Must be able to maintain proper phone etiquette, demonstrate patience and consistently strive for a positive attitude, while identifying customer needs and overcoming customer objections
  • Ability to remain resilient and confident while delivering a sense of urgency
  • Data entry, email, customer relationship management software
  • Experience with a dialer or a comparable system
  • Cold Calling 1 year
