The Indie Alehouse is expanding and we are looking to fill our first full-time Account Sales position!

This will be a daunting task and is not for the faint of heart, we have big plans and lots to overcome to achieve our goals.

We also have lots of beer to sell, and with your help and expertise, we will make a lot of people happy by getting our beers to them all over the Province. It will take time but for the right person, this will be a very rewarding and amazing position with the sky as the limit for advancement and growth potential.

To start, key responsibilities will be:

· Use your sales experience and expertise to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives

· Develop and grow new accounts that meet our high standards

· Work with the brewers, relationship managers, and logistics team to develop a flawless execution process ensuring our beers always get to customers in the best possible way

· Grow our account base across all channels as production increases and we have more beer to sell

· Ensure top marks for customer service, professionalism and going ‘above and beyond’ for our customers which may include occasionally delivering beer to an account or store

· Contribute to the strategic direction of beer sales in the company

· Act as a brand ambassador for the company, our beers, and mission to help people to ‘Live Indie’ and be able to choose better beer

Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years in the craft beer industry and outstanding direct sales relationships.

A flexible compensation package will be designed and tailored to the needs of the successful candidate, with a mix of base salary, 4-weeks paid vacation, bonuses and benefits all included.

Key attributes include the ability to safely lift a 30L keg of beer, safe driving history and valid drivers license, passion for craft beer and being a genuinely likable, good person.

Some may think it’s a lot to ask for. To the right person, it’s the minimum.
