My name is Carlos S. and I represent The Fountain Group. We’re a national staffing firm and I am currently seeking a Designer/Drafter for a prominent Fortune 500 client of ours. This position is located in Cary, NC Details for the positions are as follows:

Job Description:
Leads the completion of the most complex drawings to suit engineering changes and initiates engineering changes. Guides the creation of the most complex design layouts and detail drawings of complex products. Guides the compilation of materials and specification sheets. Leads dimensions/specification determination necessary on the most complex drawings for effective manufacturing.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years experience in designing/drafting using AutoCAD or Microstation.
  • Must have AutoCAD 2012, highly skilled and fast.
  • Microstation is preferred.
  • Must have 3 D Modeling.
  • Prior substation design is preferred.
  • Experience with preparing BOM or Bill of Materials required.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
