Act as the voice of The DB Method brand on the front lines with customers.
Provide best-in-class customer support and manage relationships throughout the inquiry, order, and delivery process.
Ensure our social presence always embodies our voice, tone, and meets our high bar for quality at all times.
Listen to customer needs and gather feedback for product and internal teams.
Escalate comments and content to appropriate stakeholders across the organization when necessary.
Contribute in other areas of the business as they evolve - things move and change quickly around here!
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, English (preferred).
Has a minimum of one year social media experience with Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube and managing this for a consumer brand.
Is comfortable interacting with the online community in a friendly, engaging, and professional way.
Is a creative individual and enthusiastic self-starter focused on delivering results.
Has an ownership mentality and ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
Grasps new information; recognizes own strengths and weaknesses, pursues self-development and seeks feedback.
Has experience working in a remote environment.
