Planning & Inventory Manager
The Planning and Inventory Manager is a business partner to the merchants in providing analytics in support of Women Apparel, assortment planning, location planning, key item planning, and allocation and replenishment of product. Ensure the merchandise planning process and in season business and inventory management for the company maximizes sales, enhances gross margin and improves inventory productivity.
The position develops and maintains the global pod merchandise financial plans, assortment plans and item plans for areas of responsibility, translating the company strategies and vision into actionable plans with profitable results for all channels.
It ensures product replenishment and allocation for maximization of sales and profit potential for all channels, managing productivity of inventory and develops, reviews, and manages company inventory and pricing strategies to achieve company financial goals and meet competitive standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-Preferred: Bachelor's Degree plus three to six years previous relevant experience. Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs: Microsoft Word and Excel, AS400, JDA, Evant, Enterprise Planning or equivalent planning system.
