Our client is one of the most admired, reputable and dependable commercial banks in the United States of America, This large institution is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager covering the Boulder/Ft Collins-Johnstown area.

You the candidate of choice will manage relationships with Corporate Banking customers, will grow revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Approves loans within assigned limits, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, sources prospects and develops new customer relationships. You will provide financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients. As well as Identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and makes appropriate referrals.

The ideal candidate would be Commercial banker w/ 5-7 years experience w/ a larger bank plus 1 -2 years credit analyst experience. Must have proven track record w/ lower end of the middle market: Companies with Revenues between $10MM and $100MM. Ideally they would also have C&I and CRE lending and business development experience. Already in-market - preferably northern Colorado or elsewhere in Colorado.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to seven years of commercial lending experience - Two or more years of management/supervisory experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Thorough knowledge of credit and credit quality - Thorough knowledge of bank products and services - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
