The Regional Account Manager is the face of TeleQuality. This role is to effectively manage and grow the TeleQuality sales organization, within an assigned territory, to achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals on a consistent basis. Demonstrate an understanding and satisfactory completion of sales activities that assist with projecting sales goal attainments. Drive sales efforts focused on all healthcare segments focusing on all of TeleQuality’s products and services. Must lead by example modeling the TeleQuality Communications Values.
We are looking for a leader who can provide operational and organizational leadership and direction as it pertains to sales, as well as, drive a deep understanding of customer expectations.
College-degree preferred. Territory Management, Sales Management and Coaching Skills, Prospecting Skills, Strong Presentation and Negotiation Skills, Closing Skills, Developing Sustainable Client/Customer Relationships/Key Account Management, previous business development, sales or sales management experience (3-5 years minimum), proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of health care industry, government finance programs such as E-Rate or Rural Health Care and telecom industry considered a plus.
