Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology
Consistently deliver pre-agreed upon quota to generate revenue
Maintain up-to-date CRM information on all existing and potential customers
Identify and develop new business through networking, prospecting and follow-up calls
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements and presenting appropriate hardware/software solutions
Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
Prepare detailed proposal documents, delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the hardware/software accurately and confidently
Negotiating terms and closing sales
Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing hardware/software systems and peripherals
Continually update knowledge of rapidly changing data and network products and requirements
Act as liaison between customer and company to ensure customers' continued satisfaction
Continued interdepartmental interaction ensuring all customer's requests and requirements
Expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
