Job Summary/Description:

Windows Server Administration skills HP/OVO monitor and ServiceCenter skills preferred. Strong support desk skills including troubleshooting and communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Strong customer service and phone skills are required as well as excellent analytical, organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills. Successful candidate must be able to work within a team environment supporting our YMS environment. Ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience in an IT application support environment. Additionally, candidate would possess the minimum years experience in the following areas:

• An overall interest in Windows infrastructure and related troubleshooting skills is desired
• 1 - 2 years experience in a support/development environment utilizing MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Citrix Server, and Active Directory
• 1 – 2 years experience provisioning accounts using Active Directory
• Experience with Windows command line, PowerShell and VBScript a plus Knowledge of HP Service Center Help Ticket system and Microsoft Office preferred. Additional comments: Hours will be from 3:00 pm to midnight, Monday through Friday
