Reier Group is currently looking for a Customer Service/Sales Agent to work in our office in Minneapolis. This is a full-time Team Position with Reier Group, LLC www.reiergroup.com partnering with the Bobcat Equipment Company. Bobcat Company, part of the Doosan family of businesses, is the world leader in the engineering, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of compact equipment, including Bobcat skid steer loaders, mini-excavators, utility vehicles and attachments. You will be making, primarily, outbound calls to customers that have recently inquired about the purchase of a new piece of equipment or attachment from one of their (600) dealers throughout North America. You will qualify the customer based on a series of discovery questions and collect any marketing data acquired and document within the Salesforce CRM System. We need well-spoken, personable people to provide high-quality communications between our customers, dealers, office team and management. Must be able to take direction. Open to ongoing training and education on a regular basis.

Outbound customer service or outbound sales experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively utilize personal computer including Windows and G-Suite applications & CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Ability to multitask and function in an interrupt-driven environment.
Available to work up to 40 hours a week with some flexibility in hours.
Solid, Professional References.
Organized and self-driven with the ability to work within a team.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
