Reier Group is currently looking for a full-time outbound call center person to work in our office in Minneapolis. Hours will be during the day Monday-Friday and are flexible with a set schedule. We are located on the green line, Prospect Park stop near the U of M. This position will be placing outbound calls on behalf of our client to engage their members in a health technology platform offered by Benovate.
Member Engagement Representative Responsibilities:
You will be on the phone each day, reaching out to members, through both manual and automated dialing, with the goal of gathering the members email address to get them verified on the Allied Member Connection platform.
Direct members of how to access their Member Connection to log in.
Advise members of the training and other resources available to them through customer service.
Utilization of the Salesforce CRM and Phone Burner, entering the member information into the Benovate technology platform.
Use of Microsoft Office Products and G-Suite
Work cooperatively and productively with team members.
Member Engagement Representative Requirements:
You must develop a deep knowledge of the offerings.
The willingness to engage in ongoing industry training and development is important and will be conducted on an ongoing basis as needed.
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation skills
Self-motivated and a high energy level
Ability to perform under pressure and work in an ever-changing work environment.
