Utilizing the application assists lodging properties and vendors with eliminating costly time spent on back and forth contacts, and increases customer satisfaction resulting in guest appreciation and higher retention. POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue and developing new business, starting in the Vail Valley. The AE will handle the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals, by developing relationships with potential customers in the hospitality industry, such as hotels and resorts. You will be based out of a virtual office from your home. You must be energetic, persistent, and goal-driven with a passion for success. You have a strong internal drive that will allow you to thrive in a comfortable yet unstructured environment. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Manage all aspects of building and maintaining a sales pipeline: generate interest, qualify prospects, schedule demonstrations, build proposals, and close sales

• Create and manage a strategic account penetration plan

• Work with Sales Director to plan, implement, and achieve goals

• Plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activity

• Create and execute campaigns targeting prospects

• Use CRM to manage and update sales activities

• Travel and service clients and prospective clients within assigned regions

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven Sales experience, from prospecting all the way to closing

• Account Management experience

• Hospitality industry experience is a plus

• SaaS experience preferred (Software as a Service, Software On Demand)

• CRM experience is a plus

• Must reside (or be able to reside) in the Vail Valley and have a computer with internet connection

• Available vehicle with up-to-date insurance

• Must be able to provide references with track record of sales ability

• Strong sales leadership and initiative; ability to identify decision makers and navigate the sale

• Ability to identify customers’ motivators and adapt sales approach accordingly

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment; ability to thrive in startup environment

• Ability to build and maintain strong trustworthy relationships

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Effective time-management, planning, and organizational skills

• Ability to self-manage and be successful working independently

• Desire to collaborate and contribute to team goals

• Comfortable using and learning new technologies
