This is a management position within the Information Technology organization. This position is responsible for managing the team responsible for provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of the virtual infrastructure focusing on the Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop platform.
As a Citrix Manager you should be experienced in supporting multi-vendor virtualization technologies and server hardware environments.
Provides leadership to managers and professional associates
Is accountable for the performance and results team
Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
Decision-making is guided by department/district objectives
Help set strategic direction for a department within the IT organization and develop technology opportunities to drive business needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of short-term business plans.
Ensure that training, coaching and mentoring programs are developed, implemented and effective for all staff.
Assist with establishing and implementing IT operations, systems, policies and procedures that achieve the directives and strategies set by the CIO, CEO and Board of Directors.
Function as a strong contributor to the IT management team, participating in special projects and task forces as required.
Perform other duties as required.
Operations and Support.
Perform system administration of the virtual infrastructure including VMware, Citrix, Cisco, and other technologies.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Citrix XenApp architecture and components
Knowledge of two factor technologies and its integration with CITRIX clients.
Windows Server environments
Active Directory management
Group Policy (GPO)
Complex DNS / DHCP
