Job purpose

Synergy One Lending is looking for highly motivated individuals whom can accomplish regional sales objectives by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Someone who can achieve regional sales goals by preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems; identifying sales system improvements; implementing change.

Duties and responsibilities

· Responsible for managing sales multiple states

· Recruit high producing Branch Managers/Loan Officer to grow the region

· Quarterly/Annual business planning with Branch Managers

· Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing monthly, quarterly

and annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

· Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for assigned region in support of

national objectives

· Acts as the liaison between branch manager/loan officers and executive team/loan operations

· Ensure team is trained on sales and systems

· Communicate important messages and corporate initiatives to your team

· Active involvement and participation in Emerging Markets initiatives

· Ensures compliance policies are being followed by member of team

· Meet with team members regularly

· Hold/plan Annual Regional Meetings

· Hold weekly sales calls

· Create a culture of teamwork and unity

Qualifications

· Must have previous experience as a successful and high producing branch manager/loan officer

with existing contacts in the mortgage industry

· Must have familiarity with Non-QM/Expanded Mortgage Products

· Must have experience managing large groups of commission based mortgage loan officers

· Should have a track record of increasing territorial sales through recruitment and sales training

techniques

· Maintain education with regulatory and industry standards and requirements

· Must have the product knowledge and understanding of the Mortgage Business to provide an

exceptional customer experience and support to your team

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

· Strong customer service/ presentation skills

· Highly Self-Motivated and proactive

· Strong business acumen

· Ability to problem solve and define the root issues

· Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
