• Indentify and establish relationships with prospects in order to develop new business. • Further develop relationships and increase business with existing customers. • Secure signed employment agreements and credit applications from prospective customers. • Write qualified staffing requirements. • Negotiate billing rates and permanent placement fees with prospects/clients. • Prioritize daily recruiting efforts to ensure proper coverage on open requirements. • Ensure new hires properly complete employment documentation. • Collect and input weekly hours from field employees to ensure timely pay and invoicing.
