Office Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Manager of all office functions and staff, which includes:

Purchasing Work closely with the Purchasing Agent, monitor key material and supply inventory

Accounts Payable Direct all operations and staff related to the AP cycle, and maintain healthy vendor relations

Accounts Receivable Direct all operations and staff related to the AR cycle, and maintain healthy customer relations

Data Entry Maintain integrity of operational data by directing clerical staff, and monitoring ERP system for any errors

Company lead of computer, hardware, software, and IT related issues, which includes:

Working with outside consulting firms to maintain sound IT capabilities within the Company

Set up new employees with computer workstations, and give him/her access to all systems

Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and server issues

Establish a strong understanding of our key software systems, to help assist other employees

Keeping up-to-date with software licenses

Job Pre-Requisites:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Office Manager and/or Accounting Manager role

Strong computer skills

Experience with ERP and Accounting Systems is a plus

Managerial experience is a plus

Experience in manufacturing is a plus

Must have a driven attitude for problem solving and continuous improvement.
