TITLE: Human Resources Administrator

Sumaria Systems is looking for a full-time Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team to deliver human resources, employee relations, and performance management services to accomplish critical objectives. This position will serve as the Dayton liaison between Corporate staff in the Boston area and the Division workforce supporting contracts with Wright-Patterson AFB and other locations.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a full-time Human Resources Administrator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Serve as Division focal point for HR policies and procedures, performance management, evaluation, recognition programs, payroll discrepancies, job offers, and status changes.
  • Organize and manage new employee orientations, on-boarding and training.
  • Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain employee records and paperwork.
  • Support Corporate HR and assist local employees with employee benefits administration and programs.
  • Supports Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO) with security activities for the Dayton office.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of well-rounded experience in Human Resources functions, preferably in conjunction with the DoD federal contractor industry.
  • Must have a Secret security clearance.
  • Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to monitor and meet deadlines and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive matters.
  • Ability to resolve conflict directly and productively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint software.
  • Maintain a cordial and professional demeanor at all times.

DESIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Human Capital Management; or a related degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Development Psychology, or Sociology.
  • SHRM-CP certification.
  • DoD or federal contracting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and professional communications ability.
  • Excellent critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills.
