We are looking for a SaaS SDR Manager to manage our SDR Pugs.

This position offers a base salary and commission. StoragePug employees who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within sales.

What’s a day-to-day look like as a SDR Manager?

  • Recruit and manage a diverse team of entry-level Sales Development Representatives
  • Implement business-to-business outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Train reps on how to understand and leverage technology
  • Develop talent to be promoted to quota-bearing sales roles
  • Develop strategies for high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
  • Hire, train and assimilate new Sales Development Representatives into StoragePug's SDR Program
  • Monitor and hold reps accountable to activity-based KPIs (aka Demos Booked)
  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed quotas and objectives
  • Coach and deliver structured training on sales skills, product knowledge and market dynamics
  • Assess the capabilities of each team member and work to fully develop them for a successful career at StoragePug
  • Work jointly with StoragePug's Sales Team to build their pipeline and achieve their goals

We're looking for people who have:

  • B2B inside sales experience and 3+ years managing an inside sales development team
  • Ideal candidate has built and / or scaled an inside team to support field sales goals
  • Knows how to leverage sales automation and tools to streamline efforts
  • Understands and has succeeded at prospecting, discovery and building a strong pipeline
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • A competitive, self-motivated, and resourceful mindset
  • Understanding of the value of training their team and using metrics to help their team improve
  • The motivation for SDRs to exceed goals through coaching, activities, and incentives

  • Experience establishing short- and long-term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools (HubSpot)

  • Comfortability talking to strangers and making the first contact to build valuable relationships
  • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis

What is the compensation plan for this position?

  • OTE of $90,000.
  • Base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
  • Incentives based on Deals Closed.
  • Annual take-home salary can exceed OTE for high performers.
