Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual (Preferred) customer service representative. This person will provide product/services information, book orders, act as a liaison between Sales Reps and Customers, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency, all while ensuring excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • · Manage incoming calls to our customer service department
  • · Identify and assess customers needs to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
  • · Book orders accurately and when required make copies and email customers order confirmations
  • · Build sustainable relationships with customers with open and interactive communication
  • · Provide accurate and complete information by using the appropriate tools and techniques
  • · Provide quotes and resolve warranty claims working with our Technical Customer Service advisor
  • · Resolve claims with accurate written documentation, prepare invoices and manage collections
  • · Coordinate sales order confirmations and communicate lead times
  • · Coordinate shipments via carriers as well as coordinate related shipping and receiving of goods
  • · Document all records of customer interactions,
  • · Process customer accounts and file documents (organize email folders)
  • · Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications and Skills

  • · Proven customer service support or experience as a client service representative
  • · Must have strong phone contact handling skills
  • · Excellent documentation skills and organization skills
  • · Possess excellent communication and written skills
  • · strong computer skills and quick math.

Abilities and Knowledge

  • · Able to communicate in both English and French (preferred)
  • · Ability to manage customer service needs with a proactive approach
  • · The ability to multitask and prioritize
  • · Able to work well with other internal customers
