Responsibilities include support all Human Resource functions in this large manufacturing facility, supervise HR personnel, lead associate relations, lead incentive and reward programs, manage HR policies, ensure the values and high integrity of the company are being followed, lead personnel development programs and coach and mentor managers on leadership abilities, lead recruitment initiatives, lead HR strategic planning efforts and be a part of the business decision making team, and be a role model to all in professional business behavior in the wonderful family-oriented business.
